I come from an operations background, where understanding people, communicating clearly, and solving real problems were part of my everyday work. While planning complex travel packages, I realized just how much the way information is presented shapes a user’s decisions. That insight inspired me to transition into UX/UI design, giving me the chance to tackle problems at their root and create user-centered digital experiences.

Today, I bring the same empathy, structured thinking, and problem-solving mindset to designing intuitive, meaningful experiences that genuinely meet users’ needs.
